Water Retention, to support kidney problems, help in reducing ankle edema and edema in general. Horsetail is high in silica. Silica is important for brittle nails, the health hair and skin. Used traditionally for kidney stones, urinary infections, brittle nails, osteoporosis, and externally for wounds and burns.
Dosage:
Take 2 capsules three times a day or as directed by your Health Care Professional. For optimum results take 1 hour before or after meals as to not compete with digestion.
